Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the procurement process for the manufacturing
plant having foundry, casting, and machine manufacturing.
• Ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, equipment, and services essential for our
manufacturing operations.
• Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with the company's operational objectives
and budgetary constraints.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers, assess their capabilities, and
negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply
chain.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective
actions as necessary.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials, components, and finished goods
to support production schedules.
• Implement inventory control measures to minimize excess inventory and reduce carrying costs while
ensuring continuity of supply.
• Analyze procurement data and trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
improvements.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes, reduce costs, and improve
overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing procurement
activities.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with the procurement process, including supply chain disruptions,
quality issues, and supplier dependencies.
