Develop and implement purchasing policies, strategies, and procedures.
Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure competitive pricing
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish strong partnerships and Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, delivery,
and compliance.
Ensure cost-efficient procurement while maintaining quality standards, Identify opportunities to reduce expenses across the supply chain
Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize value for the organization.
Collaborate with inventory and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels, Address supply chain disruptions effectively and Spare parts
management.
Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, costs, and performance metrics to senior management
Lead, train, and mentor the procurement team to ensure high performance. Allocate responsibilities and set KPIs for team members
