Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Support - Coordinate with domestic sales engineers for quotations,
follow-ups, and order confirmations.
- Prepare and issue quotations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Track sales leads, enquiries, and orders through internal systems and follow-up with
concerned teams.
Order Processing & Execution - Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with
production, planning, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure timely execution of orders as per committed delivery schedules.
- Monitor order status and provide regular updates to the sales team and customers.
Customer Communication - Act as the primary point of contact for domestic customers for
order-related queries.
- Handle customer coordination regarding delivery timelines, documentation, and dispatch
details.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & MIS - Maintain sales records, order data, and customer databases
accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to enquiries, orders, and dispatches.
- Ensure proper filing of all sales-related documents for audit and reference.

Internal Coordination - Liaise with Accounts for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and credit-
related matters.

- Coordinate with Logistics for dispatch planning and transporter follow-ups.
- Work closely with the production and supply chain teams to align delivery commitments.
